NY Boricua Resistance
Our Background
How We Got Here
Formed in February 2019, NY Boricua Resistance is the second chapter of the National Boricua Resistance Alliance, a formation of grassoots peoples' organizations made up of Boricuas and allies in the diaspora dedicated to educating, organizing and mobilizing for a free and anti-capitalist, Puerto Rico.
We are united on four main principles: Decolonization, Diaspora as integral to the struggle for liberation, International Solidarity and Liberation as a Human Right by any means necessary.

We advocate for the independence of Puerto Rico and also for our communities here in the diaspora in NYC.

Currently, we are involved with a Serve the People program with other organizations in North Brooklyn, called Comida Pal Pueblo.
